Mediumship is more than simply receiving information from the spirit world. For me, it is about developing a relationship: learning how Spirit communicates with you, how your own awareness responds, and how trust grows through experience.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of mediumship together, gradually moving from sensing and recognising the presence of Spirit towards blending, communication, evidence and giving messages.

This is a practical and experiential course, with meditation, discussion and exercises designed to help you discover your own way of connecting rather than trying to imitate somebody else’s.

We’ll explore:

• Understanding mediumistic awareness
• Building and recognising the Spirit link
• Blending and presence
• Developing evidence and clearer communication
• Giving messages with sensitivity
• Building confidence and trusting your experience
